Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy Outline
Non-Permanent Appointments
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24hr will incur a charge of 50% of the service total
•Grace period for late arrivals: 10 min Beyond this a $10 fee will be applied, After 15 min appointment will be canceled and a 50% charge will apply.
No Call No Show Policy:
•Zero tolerance for no call, no show appointments
•Charges : 100% of the service total
•Repeat offenders will be ineligible to schedule future appointments.
Permanent Appointments
•Cancellations within 72hrs will result in a 50% charge of the service total.
•Permanent Makeup Deposits: Non - refundable and non- transferable.
•Rescheduling requires a new deposit; plan accordingly to avoid deposit loss.
•Grace period for late arrivals: 15 min. Beyond this, appointments will be canceled, and a 50% charges will apply.
**Payment:** - Remaining balance is due at time of service. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App and Cash without additional fees ( a card fee of 3.5% apply when using debit or credit card )
