CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Policy Outline 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require advance notice for changes to your appointment: Non-Permanent Services (e.g., brows wax, lami tint): Cancel/reschedule 48+ hours before → no fee. Within 24 hours or same-day → 50% of service charged. Permanent Makeup (PMU): Cancel/reschedule 72+ hours before → no fee. Within 72 hours → 50% of service charged. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling requires a new deposit. 2. Late Arrivals & Grace Periods Out of respect for other clients: Non-permanent services: Arrival >10 minutes late → late fee will apply after 15 min appointments canceled, charged 50% PMU services: Arrival more than 15 minutes late → canceled, charged 50%. 3. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice → 100% of service charged. Repeat offenses may result in inability to book future appointments. 4. Payments & Fees Remaining balance is due at time of service. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App and Cash without additional fees ( a card fee of 3.5% apply when using debit or credit card ) If using our financing options, please inform us so we can better serve you. **Feedback and Concerns:** - Your feedback is important to us.
